• Using data management tools to perform data collections through analysing past data available, collecting current data and setting up/ managing new studies • Look into the existing modes of data collection and propose new methodology /experimental framework of data collection • Transferring data into an appropriate new format for the respective mode of analysis • Building tools/ work flow processes to automate data collection and look into the improvement of such tools/ processes • Picking up on vital conclusions that can be made from the study of the large data sets, and how it can impact the business, and propose actionable results to be executed • Creating reports and presentations in a simple and actionable way through visualization of data in an effective manner for management review and decision making

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Partnership Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Manager with a can-do attitude and ability to think out of the box, in order to be able to help us establish and maintain commercial and strategic relationships with our key-targeted partners. You will participate in the development and expansion of ACP’s business activities, assisting the Managing Director in implementing business development strategies for the region. You are required to engage in client acquisition activities in lead generations and through follow up on referred leads, events participation, networking and implementing other expansion strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Business Development

  • Influence adoption of LOOP and KIDSCODE solution
  • Accountable for the sales revenue
  • Define new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
  • Manage advertising opportunities in other theatre program, press and at venues.
  • Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary.

2. Planning administration

  • Provide leadership and vision to the country business activities by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
  • Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.

3. Operation and Administration

  • Liaise with Project Manager to oversee delivery of all projects.
  • Direct and oversee office activities and personnel.
  • Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times.
  • Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements.
  • Work with HR to facilitate recruitment and contracting of company and project staff;
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in overseas market

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Schedule and plan for meetings in order to be able to gather critical and vital requirements for the project through
  • Involved in the full-cycle of planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring projects
  • Work closely with Manager on project implementation planning on the various stages/ deadlines/ deliverables
  • Work closely with technical team to drive project development and implementation
  • Monitor project progress and statues on a regular basis
  • Client engagement through the preparation of project timelines and project plans
  • Provide project status updates based on the scheduled timeline or on an ad-hoc basis when required
  • Ensure a good understanding and grasp of the project updates so as to be able to drive the meetings with clients when providing status updates
  • Keep up to date on the status of the project so as to be able to provide an overview of the project status and the project challenges
  • Update, discuss and propose possible solutions for the project challenges

JOB SUMMARY

ACP is looking for a technically proficient and creative individual to design software and platforms that meet the project requirements. You will be tasked with enhancing the user experience, and to do so, you need to be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects will be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Gather and ascertain system requirements e.g. program functions, output requirements
  • Concept development to meet customer needs through wireframes, process flows. Storyboarding and visual mock-ups
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedbacks
  • Development of UX interface that meets the requirements of the project such as in the areas of simplicity of the interface and the costing of production
  • Work closely with developers to communicate design ideas and prototypes
  • Review and improve on the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing, research and data analytics interpretation
  • Resolve and improve on possible UX problems such as in the areas of usability and findability
  • Keep up to date with competitor products and the latest industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Working knowledge and experience in Front-End digital technologies e.g. JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
